I am super worried, I didn’t get my period yet.

I had an abortion on the 13th of March. The nurse at the abortion clinic told me that it takes about 4-8 weeks for your menstruation cycle to return. However it’s been now 10 weeks and still no period. I took a pregnancy test about one month ago and it’s was negative. I’m so scared that I am pregnant again because I am still not over with the grieving period. What should I do now?
