Help! Taking MA Pills tonight & im so confused on instructions. So do the second set of pills have to be taken in between cheeks( dissolving) or can I just swallow them?? Online I’m getting mixed answers & now I’m super confused.

So I’m taking my second set of pills tonight & I’m needing some clarification. So with the second set can I take them orally like swallowing or I have to dissolve them in between cheek & gums? Also I’m confused on the time period? Can I take them a day after or 48 hours later? This is my first MA & I’m just super confused
