I'm a very new ableton user, and previously used FL, so a lot of things are very different. I downloaded some various packs including the inspired by nature one. I've been playing with the vector grain instrument, but I don't understand how I can use it in an actual composition. It doesn't seem responsive to what's in the piano roll and constantly plays, whether or not the project is paused.
I'm assuming it doesn't function the way a synth vst like serum would, so I'm at a loss for how to actually use it. All the tutorials I've found show how the instrument functions, not how to actually use it as a part of a composition.
If any of y'all have tutorials or advice, please let me know. Also, sorry if this post doesn't make much sense, I have fever brain rn lol
