Moving Ableton to my iMac

I'm transferring over to an iMac and I'm wondering if I'll be able to use the license from my PC (my last license) on my Mac. I have the serial number, so I can authorize on the Mac with that serial number if I uninstall, correct? I'm just scared to pull the trigger if I have ANY uncertainty. Thanks.
PS: I have been searching the web and have not found this question asked anywhere. Everyone just says to use your 2nd license, and as mentioned before, this is my last license.
