Vocals, acoustic guitar - where do I even start?

I have a very good condensator mic but I have no clue how to make best use of Ableton, find the right amount of reverb, make everything sound full, cancel out noise etc. What are some good resources that focus on mixing/mastering(?) simple acoustic recordings? Like, for a total noob? Thank you!
Edit: I actually have 2 veey decent condensator mics, one xlr one usb. Wonder if I should use both simultaneously to pick up my guitar and vocals seperately? I prefer playing and singing at the same time.
