The only bit of it I can remember is it was a girl in a school where they diapered everyone, the girl was being a bully I believe so as punishment they put a butt plug inside of her. Later someone had a messy accident and she could smell it so she knew it was the girl next to her, the teacher asked whoever made a messy please stand up to get changed or you will be punished. But the teacher stopped behind her and asked her to stand up. The girl was confused because she couldn't have made a mess because of her plug and tried to explain that. But what she didn't know was it was a hollow plug and she messed herself without knowing she did it.
