In this scene I want to play as siblings there is no smut in the idea.
I am playing as your older (30s) sister and I'm pregnant. (No baby is ever born in this story, I just have a thing for playing as pregnant) You would be playing as my younger (18 years old) sister/sibling.
My husband and our parents recently died in a car crash. We'd been celebrating your highschool graduation and they crashed as my husband drive our parents a ride home you were spending the night with me as we had plans for the next day. This left me to look after you and not long after the crash I discover I'm pregnant. Even though you're 18, you'd been the surprise baby of the family and aren't mature enough to be on your own. Over the course of the first month or so I notice you're not quite as responsible as I thought and on top of that you're having issues with your bladder control. You thought you were hiding it pretty well but I'm more observant than you seem to think. After a therapist recommends a kind of regression therapy, your issues lead to you becoming the baby before the real baby ever arrives. I'm open to their being unrevealed gender issues if you're into that. This would involve diapers, baby clothes, likely nursing/breastfeeding. This is just kind of a frame work, if you don't like the idea of playing siblings, we could play as friends and you moved in with me to help with the baby after my husband and parents died. Or you could play as someone I hired to be a nanny (Open to any other suggested changes.) I'll want to go to discord eventually if we click after a PM or chat.
