Car won’t go past 3K rpm’s and engine bogs down in Park and Neutral. Help needed!

Hey everyone so I’m having an issue.

2015 North American Fiat 500 Abarth Automatic

114,000 miles and mods are ATM Cowl Intake and Ingen Throtle Controller.

When in park and neutral my car won’t rev past 3K rpm’s, the engine bogs down too and it sounds like what’s in the attached video.

While driving I can easily bang through the gears and go well past 3K rpms. However my intake and exhaust don’t sound nearly as loud as they used too however I’m still making good boost pressure.

I included a video any help would be appreciated
