I had new wheels mounted last week at a Fiat/Alfa dealership. While doing the alignment there were some seized up fasteners and they could've get it quite to factory alignment, but very close. They want $130 on top of the $140 alignment fee to torch the bolts loose. They assured me it was close enough that the tires shouldn't wear prematurely, and I've since driven about 400 miles and I can barely tell the difference.
That all said, do you think it's worth it to shell out the cash get the alignment to factory? The dealership didn't charge me for the alignment work already performed.
