"Mālō e lelei Tonga, today is the last day of the campaign. Tomorrow you will vote in the polling station but today I wanted to tell you on why the People's National Party is the best party."

"Firstly the PNP will defend our tourism industry, we'll do this by making sure foreign tourism companies will have to fight with local ones so locals aren't monopolized by corporations. We'll regulate them and increase tariffs on them, but not too much so that they can still help our economy. Our party sees we need to find the right balance and we will find it."

"We will also fund projects to stop flooding in Tonga, this will include much stronger sea defenses around the country, especially protecting the areas most under threat. Unlike the DLP or Radical we know that our pollution input is minimal and that we need to protect ourselves before we can do our part in stopping climate change, however in the future we will look to renewable sources. We are the only party with a set out plan which will prepare our future, so you should vote for the People's National Party."
