Wrong impressions??

I work at a army base as a floor tech aka custodian and everytime I talk to this army woman she turns super red and nervous and I feel as if she has a crush on me. The last thing I wanna do is have the wrong impression and plus I don’t want sexual harassment charges against me if I ask her out on a date or ask for her phone number. What’s your guys opinion on how I should handle this 😯
