The Proposal is as Follows:

A general town meeting will be performed every second and final Saturday of the month.

A town meeting shall consist of:

1) A period of time in which all available members of the town get on Discord and discuss major issues facing the town. These issues may include topics such as but not limited to:

   a) Handling border and land claim disputes

   b) A general census and upkeep of the reddit, discord, and actively 
       online players.

   c) A discussion of, and plan for infrastructure such as rails, roads, jukes, 
       noteblocks, reinforcement, factories, bastions, buildings, other 
       infrastructure related things, and upkeep.

2) A period of time dedicated to general and group labor to resolve the most pressing issues facing the town. It is to be noted that labor does not simply include logging in and building and fixing things, but also extends to things such as:

   a) Diplomacy

   b) Trade

   c) Securing Borders

3) A period of time dedicated to discussing things such as the present relevance of the constitution and laws.

4) A period of time dedicated to playing minigames online and/or hanging out playing other games together.

Notes:

No citizen should be forced to participate in a Town Upkeep and Discussion day, however it might be worth considering some sort of incentive to participate. I don't think the incentive should be a punishment, however it is still worth considering before the final vote.

Proposal and Discussion Period shall end at 5:20pm U.S. Central Time on the 23rd of November 2017.
