This post is to obtain, or maintain, your voter registration, as well as maintain citizenship. To be a registered voter you must first become a citizen, the process for which can be found here under subsection ii.

If you are a citizen you can become a registered voter through the following process:

1. Upload a selfie of yourself with the eligibility sign this thread, whilst your debug screen is showing (press F3).

2. A week after that you must upload a second image of yourself with the eligibility sign and debug screen to the relevant voter registration thread.

Those with citizenship and/or votership need to renew it/them regularly, through the following process:

1. Two months after becoming a citizen or registered voter you must renew it/them.

2. To do this you must upload a selfie of yourself with the town eligibility sign to the relevant voter registration thread, whilst your debug screen is showing (press F3).

3. The image will be evaluated by a Diplomat, and if accepted your citizenship and/or votership will be renewed for a further two months.

4. If you fail to renew your citizenship and/or votership you lose both, although the community can override this through an authorisation vote (see subsection v). As an unofficial sidenote, we can probably exercise a degree of flexibility so you can renew it even after it's lapsed, so long as it didn't lapse any longer than about two weeks ago.

Tl;dr: if you want to obtain or renew your citizenship and/or votership take a picture with the eligibility sign. The eligibility sign can be found at 7409, 2380.

Those in a strikethrough need to renew their citizenship and those in bold have renewed it, but this time round no one has a strikethrough because no one's citizenship is up for renewal. Normally you could renew early, but it won't make a difference because the 1 November is more than two months away anyway (if it were less than two months away you could renew and it'd become something like the 7 November). This post is more for people wanting to obtain voter registration than renew it.
