This is a vote on whether to approve the proposed constitution for the United Provinces, detailed in this post. If approved it will be transferred into law and kept on the subreddit wiki, but if rejected no changes will be effected.

At the same time the vote is underway there'll also be a census, where you should leave your name to be counted as a registered voter. This will help us see what the turnout is.

Vote Aye to approve the proposal.

Vote Nay to reject the proposal.

The vote will close at 22:00 BST on 10 August 2017, in 48 hours.

THE VOTE IS NOW CLOSED.

Any new votes will not be counted, but if you haven't posted on the census yet you still have time to do that. Results will formally be announced tomorrow.
