The Bacchiate of Cabernet shall operate upon the following four constitutional principles or "tables," with all further law being established based upon these rules.

1) No law may be established that contradicts the Four Tables and any amendment to the Tables must be passed by a 3/4 vote of the Cabernet Senate.

2) All votes must be called by a Senator or the Consul, have "[VOTE]" in the title, have a bolded timestamp in the format "TIMESTAMP [Posting Time] [Timezone] [Date]" at the bottom of the post itself, and shall accept the votes of Senators for 48 hours. After those 48 hours the results of the vote are final.

3) The Bacchiate of Cabernet shall have the following institutions:

• The Priesthood of Bacchus
• The Cabernet Senate
• The Consul

4) The three institutions shall have the following purposes and powers:

• The Priesthood will be tasked with the exploration of the Brewery plugin and have the power to veto decisions and actions of the Consul.
• The Senate will be tasked with simple majority votes on the following: electing the Consul, recalling the Consul, vetoing Consular decisions or actions, accepting new Senators, ejecting Senators, and any other matters which the Consul delegates to the Senate.
• The Consul shall be charged in all respects with the governance and leadership of the Bacchiate, except where explicitly stated in the Tables.
