The Ministry of Civil Planning shall be responsible for city road layout, the design or approval of designs regarding government and public structures, and the aesthetic design of a defensive wall in conjunction with the Ministry of Defense and Military Planning, in addition to the maintenance of the aforementioned articles. The Ministry of Civil Planning shall be responsible for the repurposing or demolition of derelict structures, after having received Parliamentary approval for such demolition or repurposements.
