How do I modify the JanusVR default UI?
The UI is a simple html document located in the assets/2dui/ directory off of your JanusVR directory.
How do I interface with JanusVR functions/data? Since this file is an HTML document, you may use javascript to interface with native JanusVR functions and data. You can find the full documentation at http://janusvr.com/guide/coding.html#guides/coding/UI/index.html
