I went through the last 3 task force attacks where we failed the attack and noted those who did not participate. I didn't include Jaffo since they are new and weren't around. The following people missed out of 3:

There's only 1 which we completed where the logs are still available and none of the 3/3 people participated in that one as well. 3 of the 5 people who are 3/3 absent are officers or coleader. I say warn them and kick the other 2. People who missed 2/3 or 1/3 should also be warned. If you have missed 2/3 that should be last warning and people who missed 1/3 have 1 more warning. comments? If leader or coleaders are more kick happy, you can go that route too.
