Recruiting Nations

We should work on recruiting nations into the UNS, a good idea would be a post of the reddit about what each branch is. Define what the goals of the organization are, and talk about what positions are open to petition for. We also should work on defining what ideals we want the group to be based upon, like what are some of the defining abilities of each branch and such.
