So far this alliance has been a bit of a mess (well, to be brutally honest, its been a clusterfuck), and we desperately need to establish some form of organization. With this goal in mind, I have taken the liberty of developing a plan for the basic procedures member nations should abide by when having discussion/deciding on ideas within the union.

• Any reform, addition, subtraction, proposal or what have you should be decided with a 75% majority vote in favor. If a nation does not vote, it is counted as a ‘yes’ vote. These votes should last at least 48 hours so as to provide adequate time for the member nations to respond.
  • Ex: If the Federation wanted to join the union, 75% of the current member nations would have to agree to that.
  • Ex: If a nation proposed an international road project, 75% of the current member nations would have to agree to that.
  • Ex: If a nation wanted to change the percentage for anything to go through, 75% of the current member nations would have to agree to that.
• We should have a single person who organizes and makes sure the procedures are followed correctly. This person would have to be agreed upon now, I would like to suggest /u/HeyItsBliss for her dedication to this alliance.
• We need some kind of flair system on the subreddit ASAP, it's way too confusing as-is. I would suggest something that would easily indicate the importance of the post (i.e. URGENT, Announcement, Map, Discussion, Proposal, etc.)
