I've been thinking about adding a secondary wall to Salinas farther out and properly lighting everything inside of it - we seem to have a lot of citizens who end up hugging creepers.

The main idea in my head is to create a wall with triple the radius of the current wall - expanding from 37 blocks to 111 blocks. This would give us plenty of room for housing and creative projects going forward. However, this sort of expansion would intersect with the river in multiple locations due to the location of the city. For that, I'd think we could either restrict the wall to our "side" of the river, or build the wall with a gap for the river to pass through.

Anyone have suggestions or ideas for this?
