Topic 1: Announcing New Paupers
It was decided that Slums will announce the creation of the Commonwealth at the X-District Meeting tomorrow ((at 2 EDT)). It is recommended that all royalty be present for this announcement, so be there. It is at the Barrens guild plot.
Topic 2: Slums Relations with Westshire
Slums are going to make an military alliance unified military with Westshire, but it is currently on hold.
At the next meeting
Cloud will be hosting it. It will be in two weeks on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Cloud's Choice at whatever time Cloud wants ((but make it reasonable)). We will also be having the wedding at this meeting.
