Lets get this going! Meeting called on Saturday 3pm EST

This is a thing and all the districts are willing, so it is time we began our fortnightly meetings. Since a meeting has not been called, I, as a representative of the Slums, have called the Commonwealth to a general meeting in the Slums Meeting hall at 3pm Saturday, when URLive would usually be.
Post potential topics below:
- Proper rotation for when each district hosts the meeting
- Contingency plans for in case the Great Chain breaks
- Official Declaration of our union
EDIT: The meeting has concluded. The next will be hosted by Pauper in 2 weeks time, we will also have the marriage just before the meeting.
