Referring to this post, I believe that xHippo (/u/large_hippo) is in violation of Rule 11 of the server:
- He has claimed a volcano - traditionally neutral territory - as his nation's land.
- He has not attempted to create any infrastructure on his claims, instead returning to nearby Dunwall between raids
- He has, within two hours of his announcement of Anvilmar, declared war on and raided Britannia, killing and pearling several citizens
- He has previously been banned from the server for griefing
I feel this pattern of past and current behavior is consistent with the rule's description of being "on the server solely to raid, grief, and harm others", and would like to request the server moderators to look into xHippo's actions further.
