Nyroc does not recognize any forum culture - Nyroc doesn't care about nor does it vouch for any sort of culture outside of the actual game itself. It doesn't care where you post, or where you most frequent, outside of the actual game. It will not tolerate any discrimination based on your preference for speaking to other individuals.

Nyroc will not be a single city - Nyroc will be not a single city or land. Nyroc is a peoples, who are allowed the natural freedoms of whatever land or city they call home. The People of Nyroc, however, can set up buildings that they dedicate as an place where other peoples of the Nyroc nation and those seeking a place from war can live in peace, called Places of Peace. There is no restriction on how far apart these buildings can be.

The People of Nyroc will not fund war - The funding of war will not be tolerated. A Citizen of Nyroc found funding war with another city or nation, or multiple cities or nations will be severed from the nation, hunted down by the People of Nyroc, and be subjected to the wraith of the cities or nations that they have harmed. The funding for the protection for their home cities however is allowed.

The People of Nyroc must protect and be charitable - The People of Nyroc must protect their home cities and Places of Peace that they set up, if any. If they own a business they must be charitable to that city, by providing food and other things necessary for the maintaining of life as well as quality of life. Any damage done to their cities and Places of Peace must be repaired.

The destruction of property is taboo - The People of Nyroc will not take part of the destruction of property or cause it. Destruction of property that is not your own will result in severance from the nation. The only exception to this rule is if you are trapped and cannot escape.
