In the Name of Justice, Supplements of the Protocols of the Notary

Preamble

As is limited by reddit's post text limit as well as the author's, there have been bits left out in the original protocol numbered 2014/VIII/MR/03, as such this supplement is deemed necessary for the functioning of the Office of the Notary.

Hereby is declared the supplements of the Protocols of the Notary.

Article I

English translation of the Akte titles as in 2014/VIII/MR/03 Article II.2 as mandated to be used in Article III.2

The translation of Akte titles are as follows:

1. Akte van Verkoop is translated as Deed of Sale
2. Akte van Oprichting is translated as Act of Establishment
3. Akte van Geldlening is translated as Deed of Loan
4. Akte van Overeenkomst is translated as Act of Agreement
5. Akte van Arbeidsovereenkomst is translated as Agreement of employment
6. Akte van Huurovereenkomst is translated as Deed of Lease
7. Akte van Handelsovereenkomst is translated as Agreement of Trade
8. Akte van Benoeming is translated as Act of Appointment

Article II

Legal Entities recognized within the Office of the Notary of the Aytian Federal Republic

Any Legal Entities registered to the Office of the Notary of the Aytian Federal Republic through an Act of Establishment shall have a physical location within the jurisdiction of Aytos.

Article III

Application of Document to the Office of the Notary of the Aytian Federal Republic

All application of documents through the Office of the Notary of the Aytian Federal Republic shall follow the protocols as well as the supplements declared within both regulations of 2014/VIII/MR/03 as well as 2014/VIII/MR/04 as well as any regulations published by the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic in the future.

III.1 Formal protocol of application of a document to the Office of the Notary of the Aytian Federal Republic

Any application of documents to the Office of the Notary of the Aytian Federal Republic have to satisfy the following requirements:

1. To be applied to the /r/AytosNotary subreddit.
2. Contains at least one party or one individual or legal entities within the parties involved to be either an Aytos national or registered within Aytian jurisdiction as defined by the constitution, the acts of parliaments as well as ministerial regulations.
3. Contains the requirement as noted and mandated through the Ministerial Regulations concerning the Notary as published by the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic

Article IV

Special considerations of the Akte van Verkoop

Any transactions within an Akte van Verkoop have to be witnessed directly by a Notaris of De Nationale Notariskantoor.

Article V

Akte van Hypoteekvestiging

An Akte van Hypoteekvestiging translated as a Deed of the Establishment of Mortgage is an Akte written by a Notary by two parties which agrees to establish a mortgage contract to purchase a property

Closing

As such this supplement to the protocols of the Office of the Notary have been written to satisfy and complete the protocols to be used for the benefit of the people of Aytos
