In the Name of Justice, The Protocol of the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic.

Preamble

I, eccentrus, First of Xia, Chief Judge and Minister of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic, hereby declare in my capacity as the Minister of Justice the Formal Protocol of the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic to be used for the situations pertaining to the business of the Justice Ministry.

This Internal Policy is intended to cover the rules otherwise uncovered in the sidebar, and is pertaining to the authorized posters of this subreddit, namely the Judges and employees of the Justice Ministry of the Aytian Federal Republic.

Article I

Formalized tags

The followings are the formalized tags mandated by this Internal Policy to be followed by the authorized users of the subreddit:

1. [Internal Policy (yyyy/(mm in roman numbering)/"IP"/No. of policy of that month)] This tag is for the exclusive use of the Chief Judge acting as the Minister of Justice to post texts pertaining to the regulations for the members of the Ministry of Justice

2. [Ministerial Regulation (yyyy/(mm in roman numbering)/"MR"/No. of Regulation)] This tag is also for the exclusive use of the Minister of Justice publishing a regulation pertaining on the relationship between the public and the ministry, especially on the public functions of the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic and its subordinates.

3. [Discussion] This tag is to be used by any members of the ministry to discuss any business pertaining to the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic.

4. [Public Q&A] This tag is to be used for posts by any members of the ministry to be used for the public to discuss and obtain information of the policies of the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic.

5. [PSA] This tag is for the use of any members of the ministry to be used to declare any precedents or events in court that is deemed historical or of significance for future courts.

Article II

Title Formats

The followings have to be satisfied for the creation of a title of a post in the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic.

1. The title for the [Internal Policy] as well as [Ministerial Regulation] tags have to be the title of the Policy or Regulation involved

2. The title for the [Discussion] tag have to explain the topic of discussion that is of importance or the proposed title for a proposed regulation or policy.

3. The title for the [Public Q&A] have to follow the name of the policy or regulation to be discussed by the public.

4. The title for the [PSA] tag have to follow the name of the court case of note.

Article III

Content Formats

The Content of the posts and discussions of the Aytian Federal Republic have to follow these formats

III.1 Content format of the Internal Policies and Ministerial Regulations of the Aytian Federal Republic

The followings have to be satisfied for a policy or regulation

1. An Internal Policy or a Ministerial Regulation of the Aytian Federal Republic have to be opened by the following words: In the name of Justice, The [Title of Regulation/Policy]

2. A preamble than must follow explaining the background and the intended use of the Regulation/Policy

3. The contents of the Regulation/Policy then must follow these formats:

1. A Regulation/Policy must be divided into Articles with roman numberings in bold

2. The articles then followed by a subtitle explaining the content of said article.

3. The text content of the article then is written using the quote format.

4. If there is further points to be made from the text, then a numbering have to follow.

5. If an article is to be divided into further subarticles, then the title for the subarticles have to be in italic format and titled as the Roman Number of the article, followed by a dot and then an arabic number for the subarticle and followed by the title of the subarticle.

6. The texts of these subarticles then must also be quoted.

7. Further deliberation of texts of subarticles in points will follow the normal numbering format.

8. Subnumberings of a numbering expounding on the texts of an article or subarticle have to be quoted. Further subnumberings may be done with added layer of quotes.

9. After the contents of each Regulations/Policies of the Ministry of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic, a closing text have to be written and it have to contain the wordings "Fiat Justicia Ruat Caelum" in italic and followed the signatory of the Chief Judge and Minister of Justice in the following format:

1. In the name of Justice, for the People of Aytos

2. Date of signing in dd/mm/yyyy format

3. Name of the Chief Judge and Minister of Justice

4. Titles owned by the Chief Judge and Minister of Justice, started by the Chief Judge and Minister of Justice of the Aytian Federal Republic.

5. The title of closing and wording shall follow the format for articles.

III.2 Content format of the other tags

The Content of the other tags beside [Internal Policy] and [Ministerial Regulation] is to be the prerogative of the poster, but it must explain explicitly the content or direction of the discussion involved
