We the People of the great City of Valoran, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common defence and promote the general Welfare, do establish this Constitution for the Kingdom of Valoran and Chancellor of Valoran City. Article 1, Section 1:

The Chancellor of Valoran:

⦁ The Chancellor is the ruler of Valoran City and the Kingdom of Valoran.

⦁ The Chancellor is the Commander in Chief of the Valoran Armed Forces and of the peoples militia.

⦁ The Chancellor may grant reprieves and pardons, except in cases of impeachment.

⦁ The Chancellor may make treaties, with the advice and consent of the Council, provided two-thirds of the Council who are present agree.

⦁ With the advice and consent of the Council, the Chancellor may appoint other ministers, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of Valoran City whose appointments are not otherwise described in the Constitution.

⦁ The Chancellor may Convene and dismiss the current Council if he sees that they are not performing their duty. Leading to an immediate re-election.

⦁ The Chancellor sees that Laws are faithfully executed.

⦁ The Chancellor has the power to deny any laws proposed onto him by the Council.

Article 1, Section 2:

The Advisor of the Council and of Valoran City:

⦁ The Advisor is the head of the leading party of Valoran he/she is head of the Council.

⦁ The Advisor may grant reprieves and pardons, except in cases of impeachment.

⦁ The Advisor may make treaties, with the advice and consent of the Council, provided two-thirds of the Ministers who are present agree.

⦁ With the advice and consent of the Council, the Advisor may appoint other ministers, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of Valoran City whose appointments are not otherwise described in the Constitution.

⦁ The Advisor may call for a vote of Impeachment as to dismiss a political party/s from the Council.

⦁ The Advisor sees that laws are faithfully executed.

⦁ 1st Amendment: If the Chancellor is removed, unable to discharge the powers and duties of office, pearled while in office, or resigns, The Advisor will be the successor to the throne, but the Advisor will still be elected every 2 months.

⦁ If the Advisor is in office do to the 1st Amendment he will be discharged and returned to the office of Advisor upon the return of the Chancellor.

⦁ A law that received a two-thirds majority vote must receive the Advisor Approval to be sent on to the Chancellor.

Article 1, Section 3:

The Council:

⦁ The Council is a group of four people controlling the City. These include;

1. The Advisor.

2. Councillor of Funds, In-charge of Assets, building new factories and collaborating with the International Councillor to create new rail lines.

3. Councillor of inter-national affairs, In-charge of collaborating with Cities and Kingdoms outside Valoran.

4. Commander of the Military, Commander of the Valoran Armed forces and peoples militia. Also acting as the police top enforce laws.

⦁ The Council are voted upon every two months. At which time the Chancellor is re-elected.

⦁ The powers of the Council include: proposing new laws, overseeing the expansion and development of the City, solving international and national disputes, enacting citizenship on a player, the construction of government buildings, the construction of infrastructure including roads and rails, the construction of factories and the construction and sales of new plots.

⦁ The Council may propose to enact a new law, which first must be approved by the Council and Advisor by a two-thirds majority vote and The Advisor seal of Approval. Which is then finally passed to the Chancellor to sign to make it official.

⦁ The Council may enact a vote of No office. Which dictates that a two-thirds majority vote, of the City, is required to overthrow the current Advisor and replace him with an immediate re-election.
