Nothing happened, it's just the sub being bound to go inactive every now and then all the time.
Why not post stuff like updates about votes(recent name vote for instance) or any major changes to constitution, towns, whatever? There hasn't even been a post on The State of Hanover joining TCoP, which is, I believe, quite important? ;-;
This sub should be used more often even if everyone is in the Skype call(or maybe no more since you said there is a new citizen in Polska)
