So what I'm thinking for Aytos is this, since we are absolutely stable with a monarchy right now but due to the way the constitution is written a stupid accident happened for what should be a republic to turn into an almost absolute monarchy (it's more of a diarchy but I'm not going to dwelve into that constitutional depedency-hell)

• So ironically to defend the institutionalized democracy that we so envisage in the creation of this glorious republic I think a taste of monarchy, although not as strong as The Commonwealth have seen, have to be put in place.

• This monarch will be a monarch only in name, there still will be an elected prime minister and such, so what it does is to replace a part of the Constitutional functions and delegate it to this Monarch, for example this Monarch would be responsible to pick the right amount of parliamentary member.

• And the definition of the government should also be changed to be The Staathalder and his ministers, with the Minister of Interior being the Primus Inter Pares and elected by the parliament rather than appointed and the responsibility to appoint ministers is then devolved to this Minister-President/Minister of the Interior.

• The Staathalder have to be elected to position, but can only be changed through either abdication or impeachment by referrendum.

• There should also be a clause in which the Staathalder can call for an election just to refresh the mandate.

• The Staathalder still have to answer his conducts to the people and still is litigable through the Supreme Court which should really be De Hooge Raad.

This will solve the insolvency problem of the Aytian government and the current stagnancy that is apparent in Aytian society since what we offer is basically politics and bureaucracy.

And then this will add a little bit of culture since this will complete all the Orangification we accidentally are having right now, Let's go full Orange for a New and Powerful Aytos! Hup Aytos Hup!
