Hello everyone, welcome to /r/bestofsteam

I have adopted this sub, and I do plan to give it a kickstart and rejuvenate the activity here. Even if it's just me by myself making posts, I'm going to try to at least work my ass off to get this sub on the map, and here's what I plan to do.

1. Have a weekly post about the top sellers of Steam. Feel free to discuss those in that post.

   With this, the popular games are all cataloged, in the future as this sub grows I'll start banning discussion of the popular games outside of the weekly thread but as of right now I would rather just leave it open and get this sub to just grow. I'm also going to post an archive of all of the best games steam has had if you are looking for an older classic that you may have forgotten. It won't be in this list, but I feel like if this subreddit is going to be the "Best of" Steam then it should feature what has been the best of steam.

2. Post the "best of steam" that users may not easily find. This is honestly what I feel this sub should be about. Do you ever get tired of seeing the same games over and over and over and want to try something new/the "Best of" steam? Then you have come to the right place. Feel free to post anything on Steam that you think should be better, and tell us why. I'm new to modding so I don't have any guidelines as to yet but keep to the general rules.

Other than that, feel free to AMA/make any suggestions while I work towards getting this sub ready.
