Cheating ruins the fun you could have here:

1. The use of any client side modification to the Minecraft client that changes the data being sent to the server from the behavior of the standard client (acceptations, see approved mod list).

2. If you have more then two accounts pearled through the prison pearl plugin and you then enter the server on any other account (or by any other means) you may be perma-banned from the community without appeal.

3. If you DOX in-game or on the subreddit you will be banned from the community and it's servers.

4. This is a community for adults. If you are under 18 you can be banned.

5. Approved mod list: Using any mod that is NOT on this list is cheating:

Ban Appeal Policy:

Players found to be cheating using evidence from the server terminal may appeal their ban with a subreddit post or modmail message.

Player Suspects:

If you suspect another player of cheating please send a report to mod mail. List the events or reasoning behind why you feel they should be a suspect according to the above definitions.

Player Accusations Policy:

Players who have evidence of another player cheating according to the above definitions MUST hold to formal accusation, the policy is as follows.

1. Make a thread on the subreddit titled 'evidence and accusations against [player] for cheating' following this verbatim is not important but it should be clear that the post is for collecting evidence and statements.

2. Notify the accused player however possible and the moderators through modmail.

3. All parties will be given a period of 48 hours or more to say their piece and present all evidence.

4. If the accused party does not show to defend themselves after 24 hours they may be banned and the trial put on hold until they acknowledge the thread.

5. Once the period is up moderators are to judge the presented evidence and arguments and judge if there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the definition of cheating above has been met.
