First of all,I want to give all the people who came here for the first time a short introduction. Mistogora is a social democrat town located on a forest mountain deep in the , . Towns like Quito or Proletaria are 3k blocks away, while towns like Carson are 17k blocks away. Here are some pictures

Now let's talk about the taxation system which I want to propose. As there is no real way to make it compulsory system in Civcraft, I have thought of a voluntarily subscription system. The government will create different types of farms and the citizen can subscribe to those to use them. The cost of them would not be that high, maybe about 8 coal a month or 1-2 iron a month. So basicly you pay for the usage of those farms/subscriptions. Then you can also rent shop plots in the middle of the town. Otherwise there would probably be a free market.

Now let's come to the Electional System. I think it's kind of a new system because I've never heard about this kind of system in Civcraft before. I want to estabilish a party system and will explain how I will do the elections. There will probably be a parliament of 5 people. Let's say we have 2 parties: The Social Democratic Party of Mistogora and the Conservative Party of Mistogora. Each of those parties will have members. As a citizen, there will be 2 rounds of voting ( probably in the same google doc). In the first round, you will choose your party. In the second round, you will choose 5 candidates you would like to see in the parliament.

Now imagine the election results:

  • Social Democrats: 80% of votes = 4 seats

  • Conservatives: 20 % Votes = 1 seat

So there will be 4 representatives of the Social Democrats and 1 of the Conservatives. Now we obviously need to choose the represenatives. That is what the second round is for. We will look how many votes each representative of a party got and then the represenatives with the most votes will be in the parliament.

So for example:

  • Conservatives (1 seat):

Le Edgy Player1 - 5 votes

Le Edgy Player2 - 4 votes

As they have only one seat in the parliament it's kinda obvious that "Le Edgy Player1" will be part of the parliament.

Now for the Social Democrats:

  • Social Democrats (4 seats):

LeMasterofEgdy1 - 5 votes

LeMasterofEdgy2 - 4 votes

LeMasterofEdgy3 - 3 votes

LeMasterofEdgy4 - 2 votes

LaMasterofEdgy5 - 1 votes

Now,because they only have 4 seats, everyone of that party will be the parliament except LeMasterofEdgy5 ( he is too edgy :( )

I hope you like it.
