Big day with lots of announcements so lets get started

• I started a Public branch mine northwest of the dirt castle at the corner of the public farm plot. it has branches started so just try follow the pattern i set up. it also intersects an abandoned mine shaft.

• if you are going to be in the city guard you should play civ PVP a lot to get your skills up and learn what PVP here is like. we need the best guards we can get.

• I expanded the public farm greatly and would like to announce for at least a little while im buying wheat, 5 stacks for 1i, that might be a bit steep but wheat is readily available and i could just harvest it myself but im offering this just as a deal if you want some work to do.

• I would suggest creating an afk machine in the forest biome for people to use. we have one in the town but i think it would be better to afk in the forest so saplings grow.

• Businesses are forming in the city, and this is a good sign, there are shops going up as well as public factory projects. hopefully these companies will soon grow to the point of hiring workers. if you are looking to hire people to work for you or you are looking to work for someone that would be good. the unemployment rate currently is too damn high!

• i made a trip to the mushroom biome and its currently not built upon whatsoever. possible colony location in the future. Netherwart could be planted there underground because it doesn't need sunlight.

• I mined a lot of it over the last 12 hours but there is still a lot of wealth left to be found, what am i talking about you may be asking? well i found a diamond vein. i put this in the middle just to make sure only those who are committed enough to read all of this will see it. i'm not going to post coords or how to get there here because i don't want non-citizens seeing it, but ill share the info with you by PM if you ask. so lets gear up the town. Note i kept this to myself for about a day as a finders payment but it is best for the town that i share it with you all so that's what i'm doing.

• I visited Oasis earlier today, they showed me around and were very nice. New Leningrad was in chat range and was also friendly.

• Oasis didnt move from their original location as they said they were planning to, so that means it is close enough to us that a road project might be a good future project.

• it might be beneficial at some point in the future for companies to hire people from oasis to work for you, the commute isn't too long and it supplies more work force. they only have about 7 people but if we could get them working for us that would be good.

• laws and city codes will likely be posted tomorrow when i'm bored in class. but i'm thinking about the best way to implement taxes and things like that so the city can get wealth somehow.

• if you dont have a snitch in your house by now get one. just in case something happens. if we get griefed they wont get away with it. if you need to buy a snitch talk to me. they are expensive because they require a diamond to make but they are worth it.
