• We are now the fourth city in our area in the alliance, along with Fellowship, Bay City and Agora. As members in this alliance we have agreed to be friendly to member cities and citizens, as well as not get involved in foreign disputes. basically unless it directly involves Peppinopolis we will take no stance on wars, land disputes or any issues of that nature.

• Along with this alliance we also have good relations with the only other city we know of in the area, New Leningrad, who's exact location is still unknown but is believed to be fairly close.

• Any new cities that are discovered in our area please inform me so we can make an attempt to establish peaceful relations with them as well.

• Soul has outlined a good portion of the city, roads still need to be constructed but progress is going very well, hopefully not too much is lost with the roll back.

other than just continuing to build the city we should attempt to get a logging colony in the closest forest because I don't think sapling growth is persistent, so it would be good to have a building there for people to stay in and gather trees.
