It's important that there is some sort of creative direction going on. You have to be able to think outside of the box, look at the many parts that make up this project, and be able to utilize them creatively.
Ideally, you should have dabbled in more than one of the listed areas. For example, if you are a great writer, programmer, and musician (all in one), then you are a great fit for the Creative Team.
Tasks
- You can't be just a member of the creative team to be part of the creative team. You should be in at least two or more of the listed teams. The reason for this is so that you have a more holistic understanding of the situation, and that you as a creative director can bridge the work of these different teams into a single cohesive vision. As a creative director, you should be well rounded, and this is why we will have this requirement.
