These folks will really be the oil on our gears that will keep us chugging along. After all, what use is content if it doesn't interact with you?

The programming team will:

• Decide what engine (RPG Maker XP, Unity3D, etc?), programming language, and method of collaboration to use for the project.

• Program one region at a time.

• Code the game.

• Recruit as many programmers as necessary.

A key problem we had last time was that while we had programmers, not all of them were acquainted with a single common programming language. One fellow knew C , another C#, and another JScript, and they found a difficult time collaborating.
