Every game has levels, be it dungeons, caves, hideouts, routes, and cities, as well as the NPCs that are in these levels. All of these need to be designed, and as such a team of designers will be absolutely important towards this process.
Tasks
Working with concept artists and sprite artists for the specific task of designing levels.
Taking real world locations and transforming them into cities, dungeons, and routes, while maintaining the spirit and geographic integrity of that location.
Deciding the proper locations of NPCs, Trainers, Instances, events, items, and areas where you encounter wild pokemon.
If you are up to the task of being a level designer for the NAPL team, post below, and begin coordinating yourselves! The Great Lakes League's script is almost complete, so you can begin to brainstorm ideas from there if you wish.
