As part of the balancing crew, your job is the following:
Tasks
Ensuring that the teams of Pokemon trainers in any iteration of the games are at a reasonable level for the player.
Ensuring that Wild Pokemon are balanced in terms of types, stats, and levels
Ensuring that Wild Pokemon in each region reflects wildlife in real life.
Ensuring that there is a smooth playthrough of the game, and that the game remains challenging enough without it being too much of a grind, nor should it be too easy.
