By popular demand (or really popular complaint), CreeperHeal has been disabled for explosives. TNT, TNT variants, and the Nuke should now all actually, permanently remove blocks. I'm enabling reinforcing grass so that you can keep the area around your town from turning into a nuclear wasteland.
Also, I'm considering making some code changes to Citadel that allow explosions to count for more than one block destruction, and/or reducing the blast radius of nukes.
Also, if you didn't notice, bottleO is now installed.
