How high is too high?

Liberty has never really had an issue with tall building.

And then Pseudowalker bought 62.5% of inner Liberty.

There's a lot of lag in central Liberty at the moment, at least in part due to the imposing SuperPlex. Is it too tall? Does it have too much glass?

If anyone can isolate what the problem is, I'd like to motion that we make the necessary changes to keep Liberty's FPS up. Pseudowalker has indicated he would consider removing a floor or two if it will improve things, but he wants some more opnions and information first.
