Its July 1st, election time. The election will run from the time of this posting to midnight pacific standard time (US). The large time of elections is to prevent a repeat of the "emergency" elections and to allow our Australian players to vote.
Just put the person and the position you are voting for them to be elected to. There will be no anonymity in this election to prevent widespread voter fraud.
Any person may evaluate the election results and determine which votes were legitimate and which were fraudulent.
