I'll start the fun: What is "your tone" to you?
Post Body

What I mean by that is: how much did you put into to developing your own sound? To me, my sound is an extension of who I am musically, and therefore requires careful coordination. To others, it's not about the sound, it's about playing. I think there is a fine line between caring too much and not caring enough, when it comes to the way you develop your sound. So how do you go about it? Are you expressing who you are as a musician, or are you just making something that sounds good?
