BRYN DEFENCE POLICY
                                   2015

The following text is transmitted to the Grand Penguin Duchess, and governors of the Kiwi & Touhou Porvinces by Socialist Melon Party officials. In the request that The following Bill or the "Bryn Defence Policy" be implemented as a public policy dealing with

1. International Security.

2.The Military of Bryn.

3.Initiatives the government does or does not take during strategic and war time descision making.

1. Citizen/Domestic security.

   1. INTERNATIONAL SECURITY.

The alternative route to be taken on International Security would be to have border security and a task force commited to stopping griefers,trouble makers, and well known criminals entering the nation of Bryn. We also start stepping up the level of intelligence we get from potentionally hostile nations.

1. THE MILITARY OF BRYN.

This bill would propose military service be compulsary if the nation enters a state of nationwide invasion, or an uprising begins. The Bill also proposes that whatever militia Bryn does posses is equiped with a high enough standard of weaponry to defend/attack. If the capital city (Bryn City) comes under attack, all armed militia will be called to aid the capital.

3.INITIATVES THE GOVERNMENT DOES OR DOES NOT TAKE DURING STRATEGIC AND WAR TIME DESCISION MAKING.

The bill believes any time a war can be avoided it must be. The government must fully co-operate with citizens of Bryn before making and rash descisions. It also must try and comply with allies/international wartime law. The descisions taken by the government should involve use of Bryns many allies. As a small nation we cannot afford a large scale war.

1. DOMESTIC & CITIZEN SECURITY. The bill states that the security of the domestic nation itself and citizens should be the top most thought about. The bill states that citizens should have the legal right to defend themselfs by any means necessary. However, they should not be allowed to assault anyone at any time. Weapons regulations should be implemented along with this bill if it is passed. To regulate the enchantments on weapons and the reasons why they are possessed.
