NEW DETROIT TO CHANGE NAME, BECOMES OKA TOSHI

Oka Toshi, Touhou – Following the landmark property agreement between the nation of Bryn and Gensyoko, the Nation of Bryn has been working to adapt the different cities to the change of government. Due to recent heated events in the local area, as well as the need for unification under the new government of Bryn, the citizens of the area have expressed the need for a new name and flag to honour these changes. Therefore, the land once known as New Detroit is being renamed to the name of Oka Toshi. The new name and new flag will serve as a fresh start for the city, while respecting the Asian history of the area.

Local officials and residents alike of Oka Toshi are excited for the change and hope it will be well received by all neighbors and friends abroad. The changing of the flags as well as other changes in the city may be slow, but are coming. If you would like to donate wool to the change of the flags, please see snowangel223 or deadwax.
