I. A simulation member wishing to register a new party must submit an application to

the Quadrumvirate via a post to /r/MIndiaPublicEC with the following information:

Party name including full party name, short party name, and a three-letter abbreviation; INC

Party colour (hex/RGB); #00B8FF

Party constitution - All parties must have a constitution. A party’s constitution is a document which governs the operation and governance of a political party and may be used by members in High Court challenges to party decisions.

Party constitutions must contain information about:

• The removal and replacement of leadership in the party;

• Approval of inter-party agreements;

• Party input on policy decisions;

• The expulsion of party members;

• The amendment of the party constitution; and

• The dissolution of the party.
