That this Parliament-

  1. Recognises the recent outbreak of COVID-19, commonly referred to as the coronavirus

  2. Recognises that the death from this outbreak has exceeded 2,750

  3. Acknowledges that the time from exposure to the virus and developing of systems can be as long as 2 weeks, and that this can contribute to the deadliness of COVID-19

  4. Acknowledges that there are 3 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Australia

  5. Commits to fighting the spread of COVID-19

This motion is being read in the House of Assembly. Members of the public may debate. This motion was written by Premier MerrilyPutrid MLC, Minister for Health. The period for debating will expire on 10 March 2020, 12:00PM.
