Zoosk is terrible. It's full of fake profiles, Romance Scammers, and no limit to their bullshit marketing tactics.

They indicate false views of your profiles regularly. They put members who are hundreds of miles away in your "Carousel" feed, which is a ridiculous means of "matching you" with others purely based on looks to set an algorithm for more marketing manipulation.

If you have a paid membership but someone that you contact doesn't, that person cannot read your message unless you pay an additional fee to allow other users to read and respond to you.

If you do not have a paid membership and indicate that on your profile, they will delete that statement to prevent other members from knowing you cannot view nor respond to their messages. This causes a lot of aggravation and perpetuates assumptions that people are being ignored when, really, their messages are blocked by default.

They favor women by allowing them to post images of things other than themselves, but don't allow men to do so; they allow women more characters to write in their bios than men; and they allow women to swear in their profiles but censor men from doing so.

While "reviewing" your posts for approval, they will literally edit and remove text from your profile without disclosing changes.

There are approximately 40 Million Zoosk members, yet, any and every time I view the "Online Now" link, somehow, only 2 Users are within 40 miles of me, and everyone else is literally hundreds if not not over a thousand miles away!

Finally, their "Customer Service" phone number has been "Temporarily" experiencing technical difficulties for a year, it's virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone for assistance, and if you are contact back by email, they respond with canned answers that indicate your message either wasn't read or understood, and they will not assist in Billing matters.

Zoosk is a scam.
