Whiteboard Option not available?

So in my classes none of my professors are able to share a whiteboard like they were before, and this started yesterday (5/5). They tried seeing if students could share a whiteboard, but none of us could either. They talked to other professors and they are all experiencing the same issue.
On my personal account I am still able to share a whiteboard though.
I tried contacting Zoom support but they instantly locked and deleted my thread. I am finding nothing on Google either.
Anyone know what is going on?
