[HELP] Zoom meeting password entered correctly but still says incorrect.

I'm using the latest version (as of 6th April 2020).
I've been having problems with the meeting password thingy, the password is simple as hell (12345) yet It still says I entered it incorrectly. I'm pretty sure I've entered it correctly, this is making me frustrated.
Any help?
EDIT : I can only enter the room by going to the web, this however works but I do not like this option as using it causes massive lag spikes to my computer, my laptop is weak as hell.
